You will be the IT System & Network Administrator of TANNER Vietnam Ltd. reporting directly to the Managing Director of TANNER Vietnam Ltd. and the IT Manager of TANNER AG in Germany, while working in an International team of highly qualified professionals.
Detailed job-description:
- Knowledge, implementation and execution of IT policies of TANNER AG and TANNER Vietnam Ltd.
- Computer & server-installation and configuration
- Setting-up Citrix ICA, E-Mail Client and other client applications.
- User support, advice and training.
- Documentation and inventory of the network-environment and required changes.
- Different organizational tasks in the IT-environment.
For example:
- Planing and purchasing of computers and IT accessories
- Managing the IT budget
- Provider and supplier management
- Deposition of all important documents and contracts
- Administration of the LAN & WAN Hardware: Cabling, Switches, Routers and troubleshooting of connectivity or performance problems in the LAN and in the WAN/VPN connection to Gemany.
- IT controlling (checklists), analysing problems, finding solutions, decision making, taking responsibility, acting independently.
- Responsible for the telecommunication system and the house electrics.
- Reporting correct and complete to the Management, to the Team Leaders, to the IT Team in Germany and to the users. All about communication.
- Configuration of the DHCP Server (= automatic configuration of the client network settings).
- Security:Virus-protection, controlling and monitoring that everyone within the company follows the IT policies.
- Desaster recovery of the PIX firewall (only under supervision & control of the IT Manager of TANNER AG).
-Administration of the Active Directory Services for the TANNER Vietnam users and computers

- Always work within the scope of the IT policies of TANNER AG and the special policies of TANNER Vietnam Ltd.
- Controlling and monitoring that everyone within the company follows the IT policy

- Academic Training and Education: Bachelors Degree in IT related fields (Master Degree is preferred)
Working Experience:
-Minimum 3-5 years experience as an IT System & Network Administrator (preferably in a foreign-owned International corporation)
