Business Analyst works with clients (externally) and with members of the Development and Services organizations (internally). Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the customer’s business needs, capturing the domain expertise that the customer has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers. Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and documenting the customer requirements for the project.

YÊU CẦU CHUNG

• Assesses the client’s business needs and business processes (current and future)
• Interviews the domain experts at the client company to capture all relevant domain knowledge
• Works with Project Managers and Technical Architects to ensure that the requirements are accurate
• Documents the client’s business requirements in detail, with all assumptions and
• caveats included
• Serves as an internal point of contact for Development whenever requirements need to be clarified
• Becomes involved with the interview process when necessary

KỸ NĂNG YÊU CẦU

At least 3 years experience in a similar role
A good command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing)
Proven ability to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
Proven ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion
Exceptional presentation and client relation skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
Experience in web-based technology environments
Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects
Thorough, paying attention to details

Holder of a Bachelor of Science (major Computer Science). Master Degree is a plus
Preference will be given to those who have overseas educational background and/or won a prize in IT-related competitions.
